Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy
At FotoBingo, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Our Bingo platform is built for fun and community safety, and we are committed to providing a secure environment for all users.
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, or solicitation of any content that depicts:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Nudity or sexualized imagery involving minors.
- Grooming behavior or any attempt to contact minors for illicit purposes.
2. Monitoring and Reporting CSAM
To ensure the safety of our community, we employ a combination of tools and human oversight:
- Reporting Tools: Every photo, video, and comment shared in our Bingo app features a dedicated "Report" button. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or illegal content immediately.
- Blocking: Users have the ability to block any individual at any time, instantly cutting off all communication and visibility.
- Review Process: Our team reviews reported content as a priority. Any content identified as CSAM will be removed immediately.
3. Cooperation with Authorities
In compliance with global safety standards and legal requirements:
- NCMEC Reporting: We report any instances of CSAM discovered on our platform to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, local law enforcement agencies (e.g., BKA in Germany).
- Account Termination: Any user found to be sharing, promoting, or soliciting CSAE content will be permanently banned from our services, and their data will be preserved for law enforcement requests.
